Our Smart Home Pro can guide you through the whole installation step-by-step over a video call.
Professional install
When deemed safe, our Smart Home Pro may enter your home to complete your installation.
Helping you stay protected during COVID-19
For the continued safety of our customers and team members, we are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic across communities. As conditions continue to change, in-home professional installations may not be available in your community. Rest assured that in an event where an in-home professional installation is not available, our Smart Home Pro will go above and beyond to virtually support you while on site.
The Smart Home Pro will call to talk through your options before your appointment. Choose the one you feel most comfortable with. Note that if you request an in-home professional installation, the Smart Home Pro must first ask you some COVID-screening questions, to make sure it’s safe to enter your home.
